Cedric Williams has been an Open Source advocate for over 25 years, helping people understand and adopt software in universities and businesses that transformed their operations. He has developed software for public and private organizations, working in industrial distribution, environmental compliance and permitting, and financial services. He has taught or presented on diverse topics, including development, GIS, security, financial systems, and aviation. He is currently a cohort in PayPal's Technology Leadership Program, working on fostering InnerSource adoption across PayPal.
